WAIAN ENTERPRISES, is the first company in cities Sialkot & Wazirabad as a producer of custom “Stainless Steel” as per needs.   We are using top quality grade stainless steel as per international standards.  We are using the steel type AISI-410, AISI-420, AISI-420J2 and AISI 440 series as per customer’s requirements & specifications.  We select the material for different instruments according to guidelines of ASTM F899-94 and ISO standards.

Laser Marking System:
WAIAN ENTERPRISES, using the advanced technology of “Laser Marking” which is very well looking and clear stamping at instruments. We have our own Laser Marking machine in our setup which provide us time saving and most important neatness with fully security.

CE MARK:
We can also provide  “CE” marking for particular products.

New Or Modified Products:
We have the expertise capable of creating any special or modified item according to the orders, instructions and samples/sketches specified by our clients and accept any small order for custom products as well for satisfaction purpose. We use best quality German, Japan and French, COBALT steel in production. Our entire stainless steel instruments are100% guaranteed RUST or CORROSION free for life time. Waian Enterprises agreed to sign written agreement with the customers to supply new instruments only to them.

Quality Warranty:
Waian Enterprises., offers quality Warranty for stipulated periods on its instruments. Free replacement is offered in case of any manufacturing defect or fault, though there are almost nil chances of such happening.

Order Quantity:
Quantities between 1 piece to 100 for different sizes and model we consider this quantity as trial base order and offer FOB prices customer have to pay courier delivery charges on there own or pay us separately which we inform via email.   Order quantity more than 300 pieces for different sizes and models we offer C&F or CIF prices which includes all kind of production – packing plus cargo delivery charges & insurance till customer notified destination Air port or Sea Port.

50% Advanced and 50% CAD

How to Order:
Please select the instrument’s numbers you want to order from our website and e-mail us for quotations. We'll respond your inquiries within 24 hours. For custom or special products kindly send us original samples at our address via air courier or technical drawing / sketch via email in response we send you counter samples and on quality satisfaction we will precede with order quantities.  

Prices:
Prices are carefully prepared and will not change without negotiation.  For any custom products which are not in our website will be quote on demand.

DELIVERIES OF ORDERS:
Delivery and production duration depend upon order quantity.  Usually orders are delivered in 45 working days after conformation. But exact delivery time is given after seeing the volume of the order and kind of Item required. Small orders are executed in one week.

Packaging:
Weight of outer carton is 20 to 25kgs. Instruments are also packed in plastic pouches and blister-packing on specific customer’s request on Additional charges.

Each and every products are described with well prepared coding system to easily identification of its kinds and nature plus construction.
